Healthcare That Starts With Listening.

We believe quality healthcare begins when patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

Quality Care, Wherever You Are

At Zean Health, we believe getting the care you need shouldn’t be another obstacle you have to overcome.

Sometimes getting to a doctor’s office isn’t easy. You may have difficulty with transportation, limited mobility, a busy schedule, or simply need care that fits better into your life. That’s why we built Zean Health around a different idea:

When getting to healthcare is difficult, we bring healthcare closer to you.

We provide physician-led care through home visits, community-based care, and convenient telehealth services, giving our patients more ways to receive quality medical care where they are most comfortable.

Our care is led by a physician certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and who has completed the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (TOUD) program. This specialized training strengthens our ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients managing addiction and other complex health needs.

At Zean Health, we’re committed to making healthcare more accessible, personal, and convenient—because quality care should meet you where you are.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make compassionate, high-quality healthcare more accessible, personal, and connected. We listen, understand your needs, and create care that fits your life—from chronic care and wound care to preventive services and recovery support.

Our Approach to Your Care

Zean Health is physician-led and patient-centered. Instead of building care around a location, we build it around you.
